About Colleen Evelyn

Born and raised in the small coastal town of Cap-Pelé and now based in Moncton, New Brunswick, Colleen Evelyn is an emerging female artist making her mark on Atlantic Canada’s modern country scene.

A powerhouse fiddle player and vocalist, she brings fresh country energy grounded in the storytelling spirit of her roots.

Following the release of her first original French album in 2021 and the success that followed, Colleen eventually felt called to pause from the music world. She took a few years to reconnect with herself and rediscover her purpose.

Returning under the name Colleen Evelyn marks a new chapter of growth, confidence, and authenticity. Her new music reflects a shift to English songwriting and puts the fiddle front and center, showcasing her original work through high-energy performances that celebrate connection, emotion, and pure country soul.

Offstage, Colleen carries the same light she brings to the stage. She is genuine, kind, and an old soul at heart. She writes songs about life, love, and the moments that shape who we are, drawing inspiration from her own experiences and the people around her. Her energy is warm and grounding, reminding us that real connection never goes out of style.
